Also if you use Jenn Cave's Clean and Simple Settlement Start Up this mod should be loaded before that one to avoid any possible conflicts which may cause Clean and Simple to work incorrectly. What this basically does is clean all the junk, trash, dirt piles, and water puddles from the Nuka World Red Rocket Settlement. Did you watch the video? That's what I made it for.
