You can find most mods on nexusmods or moddb. Otherwise it tends to get really glitchy.
And always start a new game whatever you do to the game in the first place, be it install a new version of the unofficial patch or mod it. Okay I'll check them out sometime, thanks. 'Real mods' have their own version of the patch incorporated most of the time and they're sometimes outdated so check if you can install them on the version you have or not. Unofficial patch just restores content that was cut and fixes bugs.
But unlike the unofficial patch, the mods change the game completely, change the clans, disciplines, quests, everything, you're no longer playing VTMB at that point, it's completely different but on the VTMB engine. Check the mods readme for instructions if you want to play those. There's a bunch more 'real mods', Camarilla edition, Antitribu etc.īut just bear in mind that any 'real mod' (the unofficial patch doesn't count as really a mod since it doesn't change the game), will have to be installed on a clean download.
